Canned Carrots-Tutorial

Cut off ends and rinse the carrots.
Use a food processor to slice the carrots.

Fill the quart jars with sliced carrots, add tsp. of salt to each jar
Add water, then add lid and screw top.
Pressure can for 30 mins. please refer to your canning info for your area.
