Canning Potatoes-Tutorial

Wash and trim potatoes.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Stuff into jars, add tsp. salt to each jar.
Add water then wipe rim.
Add lid and screw top.
Process in pressure canner for 40 mins according to your areas instructions.
